It's been a while!  Oh how I have missed blogging.  My plate has been completely full but no excuse for keeping the blog updated.  =)

We are in the middle of our Seven Super Sundays at New Life right now. God has done great things so far.  We have averaged 31 people for the last 4 Sundays!! Can't express my excitement.  Here is a recap.

Easter Sunday: March 31st. I don't have pictures from the day just yet.
Family Day: April 7th.  We had 29 people in attendance. Bro. Nathan Harvey and family from KC ministered to New Life that Sunday. What a blessing it was!

Friends Day: April 14th
Multi-Cultural Day: April 21st.  Our service was bi-lingual. Bro. Uzi Fierro translated the service for us. We had 44 people, including the SOUPC Spanish church.  It was an incredible service. The day was filled with fellowship and of course good food.

The rest of our Seven Super Sundays are: Public Servants Day, Education Day and Mother's Day.  We are excited to see what is yet to come.

With all of the excitement, planning and restless nights, even though I have my lists I still worry if I have covered everything, there is still a peace that passes all understanding surrounding my life.  Things that happen that keep me on my toes and keep me encouraged.  We are teaching a Bible Study to a sweet young lady that has been attending the church. Just the joy and excitement on her face when we talk about God's breathed word, keeps me moving and knowing that God's hand is on my family.  We have had our tough moments this year, changes are hard. But we are truly clay in the potters hands.  We can feel the times when we are being broken and then remolded.
We are walking through the Tabernacle Plan on our Wednesday night Bibles Studies.  I have never studied it before, I am ashamed to say. But while we are only a step into it, I can already feel a dynamic change in my prayer life and my walk with God.
Sometimes Mr. W and I will look at each other and wonder when the next time is that we might be able to kick our feet up and breathe for a moment. Needless to say, those moments are few and far between. But looking at it, I wouldn't change it for anything.  Both of my children have the Holy Ghost, we are doing what God has in store for our lives at this moment, we have wonderful people at New Life that without them, some things would not be possible. We have friends and family that believe in us and what we are doing. I couldn't ask for a better way to live.  I am completely blessed!!!

Tomorrow we are having a work day at the church.  Will post before and after pictures. We are fixing up our church sign, power washing all of the stone. Although power washing might seem pointless in Oklahoma with all of the wind blowing the red clay around. But we are doing it anyways. Many great things have been going on physically at the church. My wonderful parents were down over Easter weekend and we got the nursery up and running. Just need some decor on the walls.  The entry way was updated a little bit more.

Well, I am going to end it for tonight.  More pictures to come from the work day and our next Seven Super Sunday!! God Bless!
