New Life News
Completely off title......BUT I can't start this post without saying what a great time we had a service this morning! We had many out sick, including the Hubs. He has been bedridden for 3 days with something similar to the flu. Praying the rest of the Whalen clan can stay illness free!! But even with a few out sick, we had awesome worship and Bro. DB ministered right to our hearts.
At New Life we are gearing up for our first New Life Kidz! Live. It is on February 23rd and we want to see as many children there as we can get. Excited about what is going to take place in our new and improved Sunday School department. We will keep our website and Facebook page updated with events and news from past activities.

Science Project
Yesterday Madi Girl wanted to do a science project from a book she got at Christmas. So....reluctantly I agreed. =)
Experiment:
4 clear glasses
Start in the first glass with 1 tablespoon of sugar and three tablespoons of water.
Each glass after, add one more tablespoon of sugar.
The food coloring is just to see the layers.
The idea of the experiment was to see the density of the water with the different amounts of sugar in it. The end result was fun to see and Madi Girl had fun so that is all that mattered.
